Position Overview: The Accounting Associate will perform a variety of finance and administrative support functions in support of the fiscal department.
Position Responsibilities: Performing cash and check deposits, managing office supplies, monthly reconciliation and closing projects, allocation of costs, billing support, data entry, copying, distributing information, assisting with annual financial filings, assisting with the annual audit process, assisting with process improvement and product implementation, document management and filing.
Qualifications:

• Associates Degree and/or equivalent training
• Proficient in MS Office Products with advance level of experience in MS Excel required
• Must be able to function independently and as part of a team
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, independent problem solver, team player, ability to meet deadlines, prioritizes and multitasks with outstanding analytical skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle highly confidential materials with discretion

Hours 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
